Show ‘um a Minnesota Miracle, Jabs!This is Minnesota high school hockey player Jack Jablonski, who suffered partial paralysis when he crashed head first into the boards during a game last week, was scheduled to undergo surgery Wednesday to fuse damaged vertebrae.
The 16-year-old sophomore collapsed motionless on the ice immediately after the hit, and was carted off the ice and immediately sent to a nearby hospital. He is paralyzed from his legs down with only some movement in his upper body. Jack is in good spirits and is aware of his surroundings. All hockey players take a risk once they hit the ice. Keep him in your prayers. Pass this along to show your support for Jack and his family.
One guy posted this on facebook he plays hockey as well and so does my brother. So i’m passing this message on to tumblr. If this ever happened to my brother it would break my heart. I love my brother i might not admit that all the time but i really do.
I will have Jack Jablonski in my prays and hope that everything will turn out right for him and his family.
